We guarantee our seeds & products! If you are dissatisfied for any reason, return the unused portion for a full refund within 30 days. Our warranty is in lieu of all other warranties and is limited to the purchase price of the seed.
Orders placed in error may be returned as per above, but are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Return Procedure
Contact us by phone 801-491-8700 or email support@genericseeds.com to arrange a return and to obtain instructions to return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Package the product in original packaging with all the original parts and paperwork.
