Planting:Bells of Ireland is a full sun plant but does better in moderate climates. The plants are hearty in cooler weather and can be winter sown.
Germination:Pre-chill the seeds for about 5 days before planting for best results. Seeds usually take 7 to 14 days to sprout.
Transplant:Best grown from direct sowing, but can be transplanted if desired. Space plants at least 9" apart.
Soil and Light:Keep soil evenly moist but not soggy. Bells of Ireland will need plenty of water during hot spells. Plant will self-seed for the next season if flowers left to go to seed.

![Delivery was quick and the product was in perfect condition.
The germination rate was fantastic for both varieties (95%+) much better than I am used to from other seed suppliers.

Gardening Tips
Many factors can affect the germination and growth of your garden or flower seeds. Try some of these suggestions to improve your seeds' chance of success:- Sometimes some seeds should soak in water for 4-6 hours before planting seeds in ground.
- Store seeds in cool dry location to prevent seeds germinating prematurely.
- Water freshly planted seeds or newly transplanted plants heavily.
- Use mulch around base of developing plants to prevent weeds.
