Planting instructions:Plant Providence corn when all danger of frost is gone in a sunny location. The ground should be enriched with organic material then cultivated and loosened for best results. Press soil firmly over seeds and keep moist. Plant Providence corn in blocks of at least four rows side by side to insure best results from pollination. Avoid one long row style planting. Plant every three weeks for extended harvest. Different varieties of corn should generally be separated by 500 feet to prevent cross pollination.
Care:Control weeds weekly by cultivating to form hills around corn. Providence corn enjoys occasional deep watering in hot temperature areas.
Harvesting:Pick Providence ears when firm and silk turns sandy brown. The kernels should be milky and tender when tested with thumbnail.
Nutritional Value: Excellent source of minerals and vitamins.
Collecting Seed: Leave a few long healthy cobs on the stalk until the kernels show denting. Pick the cobs and dry the kernels completely before removing them from the cob. Store Providence corn in a cool, dry area.

Gardening Tips
Many factors can affect the germination and growth of your garden or flower seeds. Try some of these suggestions to improve your seeds' chance of success:- Sometimes some seeds should soak in water for 4-6 hours before planting seeds in ground.
- Store seeds in cool dry location to prevent seeds germinating prematurely.
- Water freshly planted seeds or newly transplanted plants heavily.
- Use mulch around base of developing plants to prevent weeds.
- Compost your grasses, leaves etc before trying to grow vegetables or flowers that need rich soil.
