The Canary Melon looks like a golden yellow cantaloupe without netting on the rind and are ready for harvest when the color is brightest. The Amy Hybrid fruits have sweet white flesh inside with small seed cavities. The vines are hearty and grow to 6 feet long.

Planting instructions:Plant Amy Hybrid seeds only after soil has warmed. Placing canary melon seeds in cold soil may cause them to rot. Best in fertile soil.
Care:Be sure Amy Hybrid plant stays well watered through warm times. Elevate canary melons or place barrier between melons and damp ground to protect them.
Harvesting: Cut Amy Hybrid melons off vine carefully with a knife to prevent damage.

Collecting Seed: Wait until the vine attached to canary melon has dried, then remove melon and set it aside for 3 weeks. Cut open Amy Hybrid melon and scoop out seeds from center.

Gardening Tips
Many factors can affect the germination and growth of your garden or flower seeds. Try some of these suggestions to improve your seeds' chance of success:- Sometimes some seeds should soak in water for 4-6 hours before planting seeds in ground.
- Store seeds in cool dry location to prevent seeds germinating prematurely.
- Water freshly planted seeds or newly transplanted plants heavily.
- Use mulch around base of developing plants to prevent weeds.
- Compost your grasses, leaves etc before trying to grow vegetables or flowers that need rich soil.
