Planting instructions:Plant Candy Hybrid seeds very early in the spring in a sunny location as soon as the ground may be cultivated and enriched with organic material. Press soil firmly over seeds.
Care: Keep free of weeds and water regularly for moist soil.
Harvesting: Allow plant tops to fall and die before harvesting. Smaller Candy Hybrid bulb sets can be stored to replant next year.
Nutritional Value: A valuable source of Calcium, Iron & Vitamins: A, B1, B2, C, & Niacin.
Collecting Seed: Biennial plant that produces a seed stalk the second year. Selected Candy Hybrid bulbs need to be kept cool and moist. Protect first year bulbs from winter freezing by burying in sand or leaving it in ground covered with heavy mulch. Seed heads form after summer growth. When seeds have matured and partially dried on the seed stalk, gather the seed before it falls to the ground. Complete the drying process at room temperature. Store Candy Hybrid seeds in a cool, dry area.

Gardening Tips
Many factors can affect the germination and growth of your garden or flower seeds. Try some of these suggestions to improve your seeds' chance of success:- Sometimes some seeds should soak in water for 4-6 hours before planting seeds in ground.
- Store seeds in cool dry location to prevent seeds germinating prematurely.
- Water freshly planted seeds or newly transplanted plants heavily.
- Use mulch around base of developing plants to prevent weeds.
- Compost your grasses, leaves etc before trying to grow vegetables or flowers that need rich soil.
