Oregon Giant Snow Pea Seeds

The Oregon Giant snow pea is a hearty pea with heavy disease resistance and high yields. The plant grows to about 3 feet tall and does well in cooler weather. Oregon Giant pods are about 5" long with a delicious crispy texture. A great snow pea for high sugar content and great snacking.
Planting instructions:This Giant snow pea tolerates cold and light frost well. Plant very early in the spring in a sunny location as soon as the ground may be cultivated and enriched with organic material. Press soil firmly over the seeds; best when planted in blocks or rows grouped together. For an extended harvest period, plant at two week intervals until mid - spring and again in late summer for a fall crop.

Harvesting: Pick Oregon Giant snow peas when still bright green and seeds have enlarged in the pod. Hold vines to avoid tearing while picking. Nutritional Value:Rich in Minerals, Calcium, Iron & Vitamins: A, B1, B2, C, & Niacin. Collecting Seed: Select dry long healthy pods and remove seeds when pods have dried completely. Store Oregon Giant seeds in a cool, dry area.
