The Holy Mole hybrid is a pasilla type pepper. The pasilla grows from green to chocolate color and is used in making mole sauce. The peppers grow up to 9" long and 1.5" wide. Both the young and mature fruits are great tasting with a tangy, nutty taste. The Holy Mole hybrid is an All American Selections winner. The Holy Mole hybrid is resistant to tobacco mosaic virus.

Planting instructions:Start Holy Mole Hybrid seeds indoors 7-8 weeks before last spring frost in a sunny, warm location. Transplant to a sunny, well drained location in the late spring when the cultivated and enriched with organic material ground is warm and all danger of frost is past.
Care: Water lightly to keep soil moist. Control weeds with cultivation or mulch.
Harvesting:Pick Holy Mole Hybrid peppers when they turn to orange. Cut off part of the stem along with the pepper fruit to avoid injuring the plant.
Nutritional Value: Good source of Vitamins: B1, B2, C, and D.
Collecting Seed: Select very brown Holy Mole Hybrid peppers and remove seeds. Allow seeds to thoroughly dry on a paper towel or cloth.

Gardening Tips
Many factors can affect the germination and growth of your garden or flower seeds. Try some of these suggestions to improve your seeds' chance of success:- Sometimes some seeds should soak in water for 4-6 hours before planting seeds in ground.
- Store seeds in cool dry location to prevent seeds germinating prematurely.
- Water freshly planted seeds or newly transplanted plants heavily.
- Use mulch around base of developing plants to prevent weeds.
