Pasilla Bajio Hot Pepper Seeds

The Pasilla Bajio pepper is one of the main ingredients in the traditional Mexican dish "mole". Pasilla Peppers are mildly hot and have a sweet taste. The fruits start green and then turn to a brown color as they mature. Pasilla peppers are also known as Chilaca when they are still green.
Planting instructions:Start Pasilla Bajio Hot seeds indoors 7-8 weeks before last spring frost in a sunny, warm location. Transplant to a sunny, well drained location in the late spring when the cultivated and enriched with organic material ground is warm and all danger of frost is past.
