The Pimento L is a large heart shaped pepper about 4" long. The thick walled peppers mature to a bright red color. The Pimento pepper plant is hearty and upright and is resistant to Tobacco Mosaic Virus.

Planting instructions:Start Pimento L pepper seeds indoors 7-8 weeks before last spring frost in a sunny, warm location. Transplant to a sunny, well drained location in the late spring when the cultivated and enriched with organic material ground is warm and all danger of frost is past.
Care: Water lightly to keep soil moist. Control weeds with cultivation or mulch.
Harvesting:Pick Pimento L peppers that reach desirable size or leave on the vine longer for stronger flavor. Cut off part of the stem along with the pepper fruit to avoid injuring the plant.
Nutritional Value: contains Vitamins: A, & C.
Collecting Seed: Select a very mature Pimento L pepper and remove seeds. Allow seeds to thoroughly dry on a paper towel or cloth.

Gardening Tips
Many factors can affect the germination and growth of your garden or flower seeds. Try some of these suggestions to improve your seeds' chance of success:- Sometimes some seeds should soak in water for 4-6 hours before planting seeds in ground.
- Store seeds in cool dry location to prevent seeds germinating prematurely.
- Water freshly planted seeds or newly transplanted plants heavily.
- Use mulch around base of developing plants to prevent weeds.
