Planting instructions:Plant Blue Hubbard squash in late spring in a sunny , well drained location when the cultivated and enriched with organic material ground is warm and all danger of frost is past. Press soil firmly over seeds. Start Blue Hubbard seeds indoors 3-4 weeks before setting outside for early crop.
Care: Water lightly to keep soil moist but do not over water. Control weeds with cultivation or mulch. Do not be concerned if occasionally the first blossoms do not set fruit, Blue Hubbard squash is a very prolific plant.
Harvesting: Cutting Blue Hubbard squash from the vine with a knife will prevent damage to plant.
Nutritional Value: A good source of Minerals and Vitamins.
Collecting Seed: Blue Hubbard seeds grow inside the fruits. Clean and dry the seeds then store them in a cool dry place.

Gardening Tips
Many factors can affect the germination and growth of your garden or flower seeds. Try some of these suggestions to improve your seeds' chance of success:- Sometimes some seeds should soak in water for 4-6 hours before planting seeds in ground.
- Store seeds in cool dry location to prevent seeds germinating prematurely.
