Planting instructions:Plant Snowball cauliflower indoors 5-7 weeks before moving outside. Move outside as soon as soil can be worked. Cauliflower has a sensitive temperature range and does not do well over 75 F. Will not over-winter if temperature goes below 25 F.
Care:Cauliflower needs good soil and benefits from mulch around base of plant to keep weeds down. Regular watering will keep soil cool for better growing.
Harvesting:Cut Snowball cauliflower heads away from plant as they reach desired size. Use a sharp knife.
Nutritional Value:A valuable source of Vitamins: C, B6
Collecting Seed:Leave Snowball cauliflower heads on plant until dried and then collect seed.
